Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (ci-après « CGU ») régissent l'utilisation de l'application mobile ZULI et du site web zuli.pet (ci-après le « Service »). En utilisant le Service, vous acceptez les présentes CGU dans leur intégralité.
ZULI est une application dédiée aux propriétaires d'animaux de compagnie, offrant :
Vous devez être âgé d'au moins 16 ans pour utiliser ZULI. En vous inscrivant, vous confirmez remplir cette condition.
Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants et de toutes les activités effectuées sous votre compte. Prévenez-nous immédiatement en cas d'utilisation non autorisée à support@zuli.pet.
Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et à les maintenir à jour.
ZULI propose quatre formules d'abonnement, en version mensuelle ou annuelle : Abo Chien (CHF 14.50/mois ou CHF 139/an), Abo Chat (CHF 10.50/mois ou CHF 99/an), Abo Combo chien + chat (CHF 20/mois ou CHF 189/an) et Abo Sitter Pro (CHF 29.90/mois ou CHF 299/an). L'Abo Sitter Pro n'est pas commercialisé actuellement ; il sera proposé à l'ouverture des réservations. Les achats s'effectuent via l'App Store d'Apple (et, à terme, Google Play) ; le prix exact dans votre devise est celui affiché dans l'application au moment de l'achat.
Chaque nouvel abonné bénéficie d'un essai gratuit de 14 jours, proposé via la boutique d'applications de votre appareil (App Store d'Apple ou Google Play) au moment de la souscription. Sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de l'essai, l'abonnement payant démarre automatiquement et le moyen de paiement associé à votre compte Apple ou Google est débité. L'essai s'annule à tout moment, sans frais, dans les réglages d'abonnement de votre compte (Apple : Réglages > Abonnements ; Google : Play Store > Abonnements) — un lien direct est disponible dans l'application.
Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement à la fin de chaque période (mensuelle ou annuelle selon la formule choisie), sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant l'échéance. L'annulation s'effectue dans les réglages d'abonnement de votre compte Apple ou Google (l'application vous y mène directement) et prend effet à la fin de la période en cours ; vous conservez l'accès jusque-là.
Les achats intégrés sont facturés par la boutique d'applications : les demandes de remboursement se font directement auprès d'Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) ou de Google (Play Store > historique des commandes), selon leurs conditions respectives. ZULI ne peut pas rembourser directement un achat intégré, mais notre support (support@zuli.pet) vous accompagne volontiers dans la démarche.
Les achats intégrés sont conclus avec Apple (App Store) ou Google (Google Play), qui agissent en qualité de vendeur : les demandes de remboursement se font directement auprès d'eux (Apple : reportaproblem.apple.com ; Google : Play Store > historique des commandes). ZULI n'a pas accès à votre moyen de paiement, mais notre support (support@zuli.pet) vous accompagne dans la démarche.
Consommateurs UE/EEE : vous bénéficiez d'un droit de rétractation de 14 jours (directive 2011/83/UE), à exercer directement auprès d'Apple ou de Google. Consommateurs suisses : le droit suisse ne prévoit pas de droit de rétractation pour les achats en ligne.
Vous vous engagez à utiliser ZULI uniquement pour des besoins personnels et non commerciaux, conformément aux présentes CGU et aux lois applicables.

Important : Dr. Zuli est un assistant IA qui fournit des informations générales sur la santé animale. Il ne remplace en aucun cas un vétérinaire professionnel. Les conseils fournis ne constituent pas un diagnostic médical. En cas d'urgence, consultez immédiatement un vétérinaire.
ZULI utilise également l'intelligence artificielle (API Claude d'Anthropic) pour le scan et l'extraction automatique de données depuis les passeports animaliers et les carnets de vaccination. Les données extraites sont fournies à titre indicatif et doivent être vérifiées par l'utilisateur. ZULI ne garantit pas l'exactitude des informations extraites automatiquement.
ZULI décline toute responsabilité pour les décisions prises sur la base des conseils de Dr. Zuli ou des données extraites par les fonctions de scan IA.
Lorsque vous partagez la fiche de votre animal via un lien, vous consentez à rendre accessibles en lecture seule au destinataire les données de la fiche (identité, contacts vétérinaires, allergies, traitements en cours, vaccinations), sans abonnement requis pour ce dernier. Le lien expire automatiquement après 30 jours et peut être révoqué à tout moment depuis l'application.
Dès l'ouverture du réseau de sitters : ZULI agit en tant que plateforme de mise en relation. Nous ne sommes pas partie au contrat entre le propriétaire et le pet sitter. Nous ne garantissons pas la qualité des prestations.
ZULI ne prélève aucune commission sur les gardes. Le paiement entre propriétaire et sitter se fait en dehors de la plateforme.
L'application ZULI, son design, son code, ses textes et ses visuels sont la propriété exclusive de ZULI. Toute reproduction, même partielle, est interdite sans autorisation écrite préalable.
Les données que vous saisissez (informations sur vos animaux, photos, documents) restent votre propriété.
ZULI est fourni « tel quel ». Nous nous efforçons d'assurer la disponibilité et la fiabilité du Service, mais nous ne pouvons garantir un fonctionnement ininterrompu. Dans les limites permises par la loi, et sous réserve des cas de dol ou de faute grave, notre responsabilité est limitée au montant des abonnements versés au cours des 12 derniers mois. Aucune disposition des présentes ne limite la responsabilité en cas de décès ou d'atteinte à l'intégrité corporelle, ni les droits impératifs des consommateurs.
ZULI ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects, pertes de données ou préjudices résultant de l'utilisation du Service.
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis les paramètres de l'application. Nous pouvons suspendre ou supprimer votre compte en cas de violation des présentes CGU, avec préavis raisonnable sauf en cas d'urgence.
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit suisse. Le for est au siège de ZULI, à Saanen (canton de Berne), Suisse. Demeurent réservés : le for impératif du domicile du consommateur prévu par le droit suisse, et les dispositions impératives du droit de la consommation de votre pays de résidence dans l'UE.
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier les présentes CGU. Toute modification substantielle sera communiquée 30 jours avant son entrée en vigueur par email ou notification dans l'application.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the ZULI mobile application and the zuli.pet website (hereinafter the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
ZULI is an application dedicated to pet owners, offering:
You must be at least 16 years old to use ZULI. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@zuli.pet.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
ZULI offers four subscription plans, monthly or yearly: Dog Plan (CHF 14.50/month or CHF 139/year), Cat Plan (CHF 10.50/month or CHF 99/year), Combo dog + cat Plan (CHF 20/month or CHF 189/year) and Sitter Pro Plan (CHF 29.90/month or CHF 299/year). The Sitter Pro Plan is not currently on sale; it will be offered when bookings open. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store (and, in time, Google Play); the exact price in your currency is the one displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Each new subscriber receives a 14-day free trial, offered through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) at sign-up. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically and the payment method linked to your Apple or Google account is charged. The trial can be cancelled at any time, free of charge, in your account's subscription settings (Apple: Settings > Subscriptions; Google: Play Store > Subscriptions) — a direct link is available in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly depending on the plan), unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation is done in your Apple or Google subscription settings (the app links you there directly) and takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
In-app purchases are billed by the app store: refund requests are made directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play Store > order history), under their respective terms. ZULI cannot directly refund an in-app purchase, but our support team (support@zuli.pet) is happy to help you through the process.
In-app purchases are concluded with Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), which act as the seller: refund requests are made directly to them (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: Play Store > order history). ZULI has no access to your payment method, but our support team (support@zuli.pet) will help you through the process.
EU/EEA consumers: you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU), to be exercised directly with Apple or Google. Swiss consumers: Swiss law does not provide for a right of withdrawal for online purchases.
You agree to use ZULI only for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Important: Dr. Zuli is an AI assistant that provides general information about animal health. It does not replace a professional veterinarian. The advice provided does not constitute a medical diagnosis. In case of emergency, consult a veterinarian immediately.
ZULI also uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to scan and automatically extract data from pet passports and vaccination records. The extracted data is provided for informational purposes only and must be verified by the user. ZULI does not guarantee the accuracy of automatically extracted information.
ZULI disclaims any liability for decisions made based on Dr. Zuli's advice or data extracted by AI scanning features.
When you share your pet's record via a link, you consent to making the record's data (identity, veterinary contacts, allergies, ongoing treatments, vaccinations) accessible in read-only mode to the recipient, without a subscription required for them. The link expires automatically after 30 days and can be revoked at any time from the app.
Once the sitter network opens: ZULI acts as a connection platform. We are not a party to the contract between the owner and the pet sitter. We do not guarantee the quality of services.
ZULI takes no commission on pet sitting. Payment between owner and sitter takes place outside the platform.
The ZULI application, its design, code, text and visuals are the exclusive property of ZULI. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
The data you enter (information about your pets, photos, documents) remains your property.
ZULI is provided "as is". We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the Service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fees paid over the last 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
ZULI shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or harm resulting from the use of the Service.
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice except in urgent cases.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is ZULI's seat in Saanen (Canton of Bern), Switzerland. This is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum at the consumer's domicile under Swiss law, and to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your EU country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Any substantial change will be communicated 30 days before taking effect by email or in-app notification.

Sie verpflichten sich, genaue Informationen bereitzustellen und diese aktuell zu halten.
ZULI bietet vier Abonnements an, monatlich oder jährlich: Hunde-Abo (CHF 14.50/Monat oder CHF 139/Jahr), Katzen-Abo (CHF 10.50/Monat oder CHF 99/Jahr), Combo-Abo Hund + Katze (CHF 20/Monat oder CHF 189/Jahr) und Sitter-Pro-Abo (CHF 29.90/Monat oder CHF 299/Jahr). Das Sitter-Pro-Abo wird derzeit nicht vertrieben; es wird zur Öffnung der Buchungen angeboten. Käufe erfolgen über den App Store von Apple (und künftig Google Play); massgebend ist der in der App zum Kaufzeitpunkt angezeigte Preis in Ihrer Währung.
Jeder neue Abonnent erhält eine 14-tägige kostenlose Testphase, angeboten über den App-Store Ihres Geräts (Apple App Store oder Google Play) beim Abschluss. Ohne Kündigung mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf der Testphase beginnt das kostenpflichtige Abo automatisch und die mit Ihrem Apple- oder Google-Konto verknüpfte Zahlungsmethode wird belastet. Die Testphase kann jederzeit kostenlos in den Abo-Einstellungen Ihres Kontos gekündigt werden (Apple: Einstellungen > Abonnements; Google: Play Store > Abonnements) — ein direkter Link ist in der App verfügbar.
Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch am Ende jeder Periode (monatlich oder jährlich je nach Formel), sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt wird. Die Kündigung erfolgt in den Abo-Einstellungen Ihres Apple- oder Google-Kontos (die App führt Sie direkt dorthin) und wird am Ende der laufenden Periode wirksam; bis dahin behalten Sie den Zugang.
In-App-Käufe werden vom App-Store abgerechnet: Erstattungsanträge sind direkt an Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) oder Google (Play Store > Bestellverlauf) zu richten, gemäss deren Bedingungen. ZULI kann In-App-Käufe nicht direkt erstatten; unser Support (support@zuli.pet) begleitet Sie aber gerne dabei.
In-App-Käufe werden mit Apple (App Store) oder Google (Google Play) abgeschlossen, die als Verkäufer auftreten: Erstattungsanträge sind direkt an sie zu richten (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: Play Store > Bestellverlauf). ZULI hat keinen Zugriff auf Ihre Zahlungsmethode; unser Support (support@zuli.pet) begleitet Sie aber bei der Vorgehensweise.
Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher in der EU/im EWR: Sie verfügen über ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht (Richtlinie 2011/83/EU), das direkt gegenüber Apple oder Google auszuüben ist. Schweizer Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten: Das Schweizer Recht sieht kein Widerrufsrecht für Online-Käufe vor.
Sie verpflichten sich, ZULI nur für persönliche, nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke zu nutzen, in Übereinstimmung mit diesen AGB und geltendem Recht.

Wichtig: Dr. Zuli ist ein KI-Assistent, der allgemeine Informationen zur Tiergesundheit bereitstellt. Er ersetzt keinen professionellen Tierarzt. Die bereitgestellten Ratschläge stellen keine medizinische Diagnose dar. Im Notfall konsultieren Sie sofort einen Tierarzt.
ZULI verwendet auch künstliche Intelligenz (Claude API von Anthropic) zum Scannen und automatischen Extrahieren von Daten aus Tierausweisen und Impfbüchern. Die extrahierten Daten werden nur zu Informationszwecken bereitgestellt und müssen vom Benutzer überprüft werden. ZULI garantiert nicht die Richtigkeit der automatisch extrahierten Informationen.
ZULI lehnt jede Haftung für Entscheidungen ab, die auf Grundlage der Ratschläge von Dr. Zuli oder der durch KI-Scanfunktionen extrahierten Daten getroffen werden.
Wenn Sie die Akte Ihres Tieres über einen Link teilen, stimmen Sie zu, dass die Daten der Akte (Identität, Tierarzt-Kontakte, Allergien, laufende Behandlungen, Impfungen) dem Empfänger schreibgeschützt zugänglich gemacht werden, ohne dass dieser ein Abonnement benötigt. Der Link läuft nach 30 Tagen automatisch ab und kann jederzeit in der App widerrufen werden.
Ab der Öffnung des Sitter-Netzwerks gilt: ZULI fungiert als Vermittlungsplattform. Wir sind nicht Vertragspartei zwischen Tierbesitzer und Tiersitter. Wir garantieren nicht die Qualität der Dienstleistungen.
ZULI erhebt keine Kommission auf Tierbetreuungen. Die Zahlung zwischen Besitzer und Sitter erfolgt ausserhalb der Plattform.
Die ZULI-Anwendung, ihr Design, Code, Texte und Grafiken sind ausschliessliches Eigentum von ZULI. Jede Reproduktion, auch teilweise, ist ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung untersagt.
Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten (Informationen über Ihre Tiere, Fotos, Dokumente) bleiben Ihr Eigentum.
ZULI wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir bemühen uns um Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit, können aber keinen ununterbrochenen Betrieb garantieren. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen und vorbehaltlich der Fälle von Absicht oder grober Fahrlässigkeit ist unsere Haftung auf den Betrag der in den letzten 12 Monaten bezahlten Abonnementsgebühren beschränkt. Keine Bestimmung dieser AGB beschränkt die Haftung bei Tod oder Körperverletzung oder die zwingenden Rechte der Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten.
ZULI haftet nicht für indirekte Schäden, Datenverluste oder Nachteile, die aus der Nutzung des Dienstes entstehen.
Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen löschen. Wir können Ihr Konto bei Verstoss gegen diese AGB mit angemessener Vorankündigung sperren oder löschen, ausser in dringenden Fällen.
Diese AGB unterliegen dem Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz von ZULI in Saanen (Kanton Bern), Schweiz. Vorbehalten bleiben der zwingende Gerichtsstand am Wohnsitz der Konsumentin oder des Konsumenten nach Schweizer Recht sowie zwingende Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen Ihres EU-Wohnsitzlandes.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese AGB zu ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen werden 30 Tage vor Inkrafttreten per E-Mail oder In-App-Benachrichtigung mitgeteilt.

L'Abbonamento Sitter Pro non è attualmente commercializzato; sarà proposto all'apertura delle prenotazioni. Gli acquisti avvengono tramite l'App Store di Apple (e, in seguito, Google Play); fa fede il prezzo nella vostra valuta visualizzato nell'app al momento dell'acquisto.
Ogni nuovo abbonato beneficia di una prova gratuita di 14 giorni, proposta tramite lo store del vostro dispositivo (App Store di Apple o Google Play) al momento della sottoscrizione. Senza disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine della prova, l'abbonamento a pagamento inizia automaticamente e viene addebitato il metodo di pagamento associato al vostro account Apple o Google. Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente al termine di ogni periodo (mensile o annuale secondo il piano scelto), salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza. La disdetta si effettua nelle impostazioni degli abbonamenti del vostro account Apple o Google (l'app vi ci porta direttamente) e ha effetto al termine del periodo in corso; fino ad allora mantenete l'accesso.
Gli acquisti in-app sono fatturati dallo store: le richieste di rimborso vanno presentate direttamente ad Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) o a Google (Play Store > cronologia ordini), secondo le loro rispettive condizioni. ZULI non può rimborsare direttamente un acquisto in-app, ma il nostro supporto (support@zuli.pet) vi accompagna volentieri nella procedura.
Gli acquisti in-app sono conclusi con Apple (App Store) o Google (Google Play), che agiscono in qualità di venditore: le richieste di rimborso vanno presentate direttamente a loro (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: Play Store > cronologia ordini). ZULI non ha accesso al vostro metodo di pagamento, ma il nostro supporto (support@zuli.pet) vi accompagna nella procedura.
Consumatori UE/SEE: beneficiate di un diritto di recesso di 14 giorni (direttiva 2011/83/UE), da esercitare direttamente presso Apple o Google. Consumatori svizzeri: il diritto svizzero non prevede un diritto di recesso per gli acquisti online.
L'utente si impegna a utilizzare ZULI esclusivamente per scopi personali e non commerciali, in conformità con le presenti CGU e con le leggi applicabili.

I consigli forniti non costituiscono una diagnosi medica. In caso di emergenza, rivolgersi immediatamente a un veterinario.
ZULI utilizza anche l'intelligenza artificiale (API Claude di Anthropic) per la scansione e l'estrazione automatica di dati dai passaporti degli animali e dai libretti di vaccinazione. I dati estratti sono forniti a titolo indicativo e devono essere verificati dall'utente. ZULI non garantisce l'accuratezza delle informazioni estratte automaticamente.
ZULI declina ogni responsabilità per le decisioni prese sulla base dei consigli di Dr. Zuli o dei dati estratti dalle funzioni di scansione IA.
Quando si condivide la scheda del proprio animale tramite un link, si acconsente a rendere accessibili in sola lettura al destinatario i dati della scheda (identità, contatti veterinari, allergie, trattamenti in corso, vaccinazioni), senza che quest'ultimo necessiti di un abbonamento. Il link scade automaticamente dopo 30 giorni e può essere revocato in qualsiasi momento dall'app.
Dall'apertura della rete di sitter: ZULI agisce come piattaforma di intermediazione. Non siamo parte del contratto stipulato tra il proprietario e il pet sitter. Non garantiamo la qualità delle prestazioni.
ZULI non applica alcuna commissione sulla custodia degli animali. Il pagamento tra proprietario e sitter avviene al di fuori della piattaforma.
L'applicazione ZULI, il suo design, il codice, i testi e le immagini sono di proprietà esclusiva di ZULI. Qualsiasi riproduzione, anche parziale, è vietata senza previa autorizzazione scritta.
I dati inseriti dall'utente (informazioni sugli animali, foto, documenti) rimangono di sua proprietà.
ZULI è fornito «così com'è». Ci impegniamo a garantire la disponibilità e l'affidabilità del Servizio, ma non possiamo assicurarne il funzionamento ininterrotto. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, e fatti salvi i casi di dolo o colpa grave, la nostra responsabilità è limitata all'importo degli abbonamenti versati negli ultimi 12 mesi. Nessuna disposizione delle presenti CGU limita la responsabilità in caso di decesso o di lesioni all'integrità fisica, né i diritti imperativi dei consumatori.
ZULI non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per danni indiretti, perdita di dati o pregiudizi derivanti dall'utilizzo del Servizio.
L'utente può eliminare il proprio account in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell'applicazione. Potremmo sospendere o eliminare l'account in caso di violazione delle presenti CGU, con ragionevole preavviso salvo in caso di urgenza.
Le presenti CGU sono disciplinate dal diritto svizzero. Il foro competente è presso la sede di ZULI a Saanen (Cantone di Berna), Svizzera. Restano riservati il foro imperativo del domicilio del consumatore previsto dal diritto svizzero e le disposizioni imperative sulla tutela dei consumatori del paese di residenza nell'UE.
Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare le presenti CGU. Qualsiasi modifica sostanziale sarà comunicata 30 giorni prima della sua entrata in vigore via email o tramite notifica nell'applicazione.
